Monika Kėžaitė – Jakniūnienė

Monika has discovered experiential learning in 2001, which has lead her to choose being an experiential educator and trainer as her professional path.

Since then she actively works with national and international groups, teams, organisations as well as guiding individuals in their personal and professional development.

Nationaly she is a partner in Kitokie projektai – an organisation, which acts in human resource development field, providing training and consultancy for organisations, teams and individual professionals. Internationaly Monika belongs to SALTO-YOUTH trainers network, where she has opportunity to explore intercultural dimension of such topics as mentoring, volunteer development, international cooperation etc.

Monika is interested in such topics as: holistic learning and development, team empowerment, training for trainers, female leadership, leadership development, communication and cooperation, etc.
