We have deep roots. Our cooperation that grew into Via experientia is developing since 1998.

We try things out, experiment and involve ourselves to the new things. Next to the long-term programmes we organise different workshops and conferences for wide range of interested people. We take part in different activities including participation in official conferences (European conference for youth trainers “Bridges for trainers”), long term research project in cooperation with European Universities (“Reflect” project, see more: www.reflecting.eu) or we create very unique activities like silent hike in Hornstrandir Nature Reserve in Iceland.
Our core business – long term process oriented training programmes for professionals working with people. Since the beginning of our cooperation we have organised 12 long term courses targeted to train experiential facilitators, process oriented leaders and managers.
We are focused to group process. And it takes time. Therefore the shortest course we have done is a 3 day workshop, the longest – 22 days (in 5 meetings) long term training course.
We are always international and intercultural. Our favorite places to organise our activities are the countries of our partner organisations – Iceland, Italy, Lithuania and Belgium – but our participants are coming from all over Europe and United states. Participants from at least 21 country (honestly, we lost count….) have attended our training courses and workshops.
The team of trainers also has a diverse background. Trainers have gained experience working in different sectors (corporate, youth/social, educational, public). We always seek to represent the diversity, so we always work in international teams.
Individual attention to every single participant is crucial in learning, therefore our programmes are for small groups. The smallest group we have worked with is the group of 6 participants (lead by 3 trainers!), the biggest group – 24 participants led by the team of 6 people.
We work with mixed groups of people from different sectors – corporate, youth/social, educational. We believe it creates a great value for our participants, so they can learn from each other a lot and widen their understanding about life and universe. Having this added value in mind sometimes we work with a focus to one sector, especially when special attention for participants of that sector is needed.
