After working for several youth organisations I worked for seven years as a free –lance trainer specialised in ( multicultural) teamwork , leadership , change management , conflict resolution and prevention , project management and personal development.
I worked for : Council of Europe , European Union , international NGO’s and different companies all over the world, Outward Bound Belgium.
Since 2000 I’m working for Outward Bound® Belgium as a programme director and trainer/consultant

Björn is a teacher by profession and is currently studying for a Masters Degree in learning theory and adult education, with a special interest in theories of self-development, especially through lived experience and reflective methods.
Björn was involved with and piloted a wilderness therapy by experiential methods for youth in Iceland, since 1989. He has been involved in the training field with youth and adults in the public and private sectors since 1992 and internationally since 1995.
He has participated in developing and teaching university courses on groupwork, small group facilitation, experiential learning and outdoor education at the University of Iceland, the Pedagogical University of Iceland and Hólar – Rural University.
Björn was a manager of social projects at Hitt Húsið (Info-, social- and cultural centre for young people in Reykjavík) where he and his team designed several social projects. Björn started a holistic counseling centre at Hitt Húsið, tótalráðgjöf, and he wrote and managed the Leonardo pilot project “Total Counseling”.

Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor is a freelance trainer and consultant currently based in Strasbourg, having lived previously in Brussels and Belgrade. He is president of the UNIQUE network of trainers and researchers. Main professional interests include: competence development, intercultural learning, international team work, human rights education and training for trainers. In addition to being editor of Coyote magazine he is the (co-) author of a range of publications, including the European Portfolio for Youth Workers and Youth Leaders and the Education Pack against racism and intolerance.

Luk has been working in the Experiential Outdoors since 1985.
He studied educational sciences and is a licenced European Gestalttrainer, -supervisor and -therapist with a specialisation in Existential Psychotherapy.
He is currently responsible for a Challenge Course training company, is staff member of an Emotion Focused Therapy training program and of a training specialisation in Group Psychotherapy, apart from his engagements as Psychotherapist and group Trainer.
He is a member of the Adventure Therapy International Committee, presented at several international conferences and is the author of a number of articles addressing the use of adventure and nature in supporting psychotherapeutic processes.
He is a father of three kids and apart from loving them and his wonderful girlfriend he is passionate about a lot of other things amongst which canyoning, picking and cooking wild mushrooms, photography, rock-climbing, gardening, and meetings with his international friends…
