September 27, 2011
Dear friends,
The beginning of the future is already starting!
How was it to come home after the course. What did people say , what did you tell people about the course, what is going on with you now?
Share some of it at the blog so we can start our ‘blogging’.
We would like to use the blog for sharing what is going on with us in between now and May. We are especially interested in the results of your practice, reports of the national meetings, interesting experiences…. Let’s share these things who are linked to the course. The more personal stuff can be shared by the facebook group.
Well I can start….
For me it was somehow strange to come back to the real world but I did not have much time to reflect. Busy at home, busy at work, …. Back in the real world . But it is great to see everywhere pictures popping up , getting nice comments on the facebook group.
I immediately had a training course for two days working with MBTI profiles and I had a very enthusiastic group, it gave me again energy to go on with this fantastic job.
I hope you also will have some fantastic experiences in your training practice !!!
Take care
Dirkas

Feels good to be back on via Experientia!

For me via experientia was really mindblowing! It was also the start of exploring a new path in my journey of life. I just started to work at outward bound belgium and this course really gave me a enormous amount of zen-feeling. Facing my pitfalls, learning to cope with it, starting to be really aware of myself, i found the key how to open my mind more for deeper observations and i started to learn how to open new experiences and let people grow.
When i came back i really was a bit confused by being back in my normal setting. Many friends told me that i was different, more calm, looking happy.
I also directly started practicing in different facilitatingcourses of outward bound as a assistant trainer.
The first course was really great. I had to work with young peolple of 18/19 years old who were preparing themselves for their big challenge of the year: a pratical period of 2 months as animator for touroperators in Spain.
Themes were teamwork, rolling, conflictmanagment, assertivity.
We had a short 2 day program with them in Lustin (one of our trainingcenters in the Ardennes (French part of Belgium in the wouds and nature)
Activities: rockclimbing (blinded) in groups, rappels, night dropping, walk in an old railwaytunnel (+-1km!!!) completely in the dark around midnight, roupeparcours and a lot of groupdynamic exercices + of course deep reflections on their behaviour.
Normaly as a starter i could only observe and be an assistent of the maintrainer but he was having confidence in me and i had the opportunity to be the facilitator for the dropping and walk through the tunnel.
“The faults” i made in via experientia i could now readapt in a new experience with young people and it worked really well (i gave more space, was relaxed and spontanious, my questions were not overwhelming: result a very good groupproces and the kids really thanked the trainer and me in a very pure and authentic reaction (hugging and applous)
It really gave me a boost to keep on going finding growtopportunities in my own proces but most of all just enjoying this fine moments. As I said: sinds i am back i am more “zen” in live. I found back my inner balance!! As Dirk says:carpe diem!! I am really glad that i have the opportunity to work with him together!!
I will post more of my next experiences later to share.
i hope you all can pratise as much you can, so we can share a lot of approaches of facilitating, experiences with eachother.
Some of my friends i already convinced to participate in the next via experientia
big hug to you all
Walter

Thank you Dirk, Walter and Gabriele for starting sharing! And Mark, also, hi:)
After three weeks I can say I am almost, almost back in my normal life. I made important changes in my personal life when back, hard one‘s I, but I have never felt so strong to face them and to relive them as I feel now, and I have suspicions that its Via who made me like this:) I started enjoy my simple daily moments more they have never been so precious and unique! First day at work I was like cosmonaut and reactions I got from colleagues were: „Toma? You…? look …different“ and I had a careful look at me with some kind of suspicious surprise. And everyone kept asking me: „how was it, how was it? “ and the only thing I could say: „It was very hard. I don’t know what I have learned jet, but I know I am not the same as I was before leaving to Pusu takas“. I hope I will be able to say after some time what are these changes about, as Gabriele said – still continuing digesting:)
Is it for you the same? I have never hard so big ears on my heard; it’s pretty hard to wear them every day, even my regular hats don’t fit anymore:)
Talking about professional field – I didn’t have opportunity to do trainings actively since Via as I am not only trainer, I have to do many other organizational things and now for one month I am immersed in 360 degree reports for our more than 200 managers. I enjoy it and at the same time looking forward and preparing to our inner training program. I will definitely tell you is it my practicing:)
Miss you all! Very very much! And wait for our local meetings and our meeting in Italy!
Strong hugs to all of you***
Toma
