STEP ONE
International Training Course 1 (ITC1), 10 working days (September 14-24, 2009 Lithuania)
- a challenging personal and group experience, through which the group gets “here and now” knowledge about themselves and how experiential learning methods are applied in multicultural groups
- introducing theoretical principles of experiential learning and learning to learn
- getting to know different methods and exploring the role of the facilitator in a safe environment
STEP TWO
Coached practice at home
- local training course 1: reflection and deeping of the content from the international course, planning and preparing for local practice, (4working days)
- delivery of local experiential projects by participants
- local training course 2: reflection and evaluation of local projects and defining needs for ITC2, (4 working days)
STEP THREE
International Training Course 2 (ITC2), 6 working days (May 21-28, 2010 Italy)
- closing the circle… generalising, evaluating, assessing, comparing
- broadening understandings of experiential learning and assessing competence development
- sharing a new profound experience and creating a vision for the future
